Purchasing Terms and Conditions

Purchases from the website have the following terms and conditions associated with them:

​

1. You can change your mind about the purchase so long as you contact us within 24 hours. After that time the order may have gone to be fulfilled and we will be unable to refund your purchase.

2. We endeavour to fulfil your order as quickly as possible. Glasses are custom made and take 5-10 working days to be made. We will inform you of any delays to the order as soon as we are made aware of any issues.

3. We may query your order if the prescription details look incorrect or the order cannot be fulfilled on your chosen selection due to the prescription sent.
