You will be notified that we have received your order by email.
Lenses are custom built and take 5-10 working days to be processed. You will be informed when the order has been placed and when we have dispatched the glasses to you.
Contact us if you have not received your glasses or are unsure where in the order process you are.
We will contact you if there is to be any delays in processing your order.
If your glasses arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours include a photograph of the damaged items and the packaging.
Delivery Restrictions
Shipping is restricted to the UK only.
We do not send glasses internationally.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. After this time the order may have already been processed and in production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have changed your mind or want to make an amendment.
