Refund Policy
We check all items before sending them to you. Prescription lenses are custom built for customers so do not fall under the 14 day returns policy. Other non prescription items can be returned within 14 days.
If an item arrives damaged or is found to be faulty then please contact us in order to discuss how to proceed. This may include return of the item(s) and a replacement being sent to you or a refund for non prescription items.
If an item is found to be unavailable, you will be contacted regarding this. The options may include a different item being chosen or a refund.
